Barinas is a quiet rural hamlet between Alicante and Murcia; which is surrounded by dramatic mountain ranges and peaceful countryside filled with vineyards, almond trees, and olive groves.

 

​​The village has a bakery, a butchers and local shop, a church, a communal swimming pool and a few local bars.

There is also a water fountain that has been running from the mountains for hundreds of years where people come from all over to collect the sacred water.

Upstairs, The Spanish Dream Retreat comprises of two kingsize rooms, one with en suite and a large balcony; a double room with stunning mountain views and a separate bathroom.

Downstairs, there is a large living room with a small library of books and a desk for home working; a full kitchen and outdoor space and a backroom with a sofa bed and piano.

There is also a huge ground floor terrace for alfresco dining and sunbathing.
